The tapo 220 is connected to my deco be65 iot network but I can't control or stream it outside of my local network.

i have another tapo c200 and h100 hub connected to the same network without any issue and i can control them outside my local network.

router was set to use 8.8.8.8 dns too.

everything works fine for a few days when i first set it up. this issue happens recently, so i suspect the firmware update caused this issue.

will there be a firmware update to fix it or how to downgrade firmware?
