Hi,
1. Remove and re-insert the battery to reboot the doorbell to let its LED blink red and green.
2. If so, repeat Step 2-Step 6 in this post and check if it helps.
3. If the problem remains, you can contact the retailer or local support team to check if your camera is under warranty.
Best Regards

  @Solla-topee

Hi! I have a HUB with a doorbell d230 working fine, so i decided to buy a C420 camera tu link with this hub, i didn't know by the time to make de purchase that exist diferent regions and when my camera arrive could´t link with my hub, so searching this forum i find that is both devices are fron diferent region not going to work, and my hub is EU and the camera is US.

There is any way i could change region o do something to work because i already bought the camera and i would be a waste of money for me.

I have a similar same issue. My WIFI C420 cameras connect but will not update to show video and no recordings are saving to the Hub. The hard-wired powered cameras connect to Hub, I can see teh live stream and recorded videos fins (they have on board memory cards)

The WIFI cameras worked fine until a few months ago (I can't recall an 'event' that has triggered the fail). In fact they still 'work' in the snese that they are triggered by movement etc - I just can't view any live stream video and recording to Hub is no longer working.

I've reset everything, reconnected everything, checked for firmware version updates etc.

WIFI signal is good - all other devices - TAPO and others - connect fine to the modem.

Getting annoyed with it now! :-/

Hi,
What's the firmware version of your Tapo H200? Please send me (@Solla-topee) the hub's MAC address via a private message.

Best Regards

Hi,
The new firmware has been pushed to your hub. Please ensure it's online, and then update it via the Tapo app and check if this helps.
Best Regards

  @Pye

Hi,
What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version?
What's the LED status on your camera? Do you mean you can control the camera on the local network, but it shows as offline in the Tapo app when you control it remotely?
Best Regards
