  @mrtibbs I asked for an update on the BE95 about a month ago and never received a reply...

  @Riley_S can you help me understand why my x55 v1.26 is literally a year behind the x55 v1 and v1.6? Firmware 1.5 has already gone out for those all the while the v1.26 that I purchased hasn't seen an update in a year and is still using firmware 1.2! This seems really unfair as I'm missing many of the functions that have been included back on firmware 1.3 and 1.4. I would have never purchased the x55 if I knew tp link would send me a hardware version that is basically unsupported.

Seems like we are being ignored.

  @AnyArmato seriously this is next level. A prime case study of what not to do as a company selling products to consumers. Knowingly selling a deficient product hardware version which is unsupported. I would be more than happy to trade in my v1.26 for ANY other version but I haven't even been given that option over the past year of complaining. Will never buy tplink products again.

  @T6457 I spent the money on the BE95 which was supposed to be their flagship model. I'm missing features that lower end models have been given.

  @AnyArmato I feel the same about the BE85's that I bought.

  @Vancelot

I'm in the same boat with my X95's that have been disconnecting a lot of my devices lately.

I ordered a 3 pack of some older eero pro 6's off Mercari, seems like those will continue to receive firmware updates for years to come, the lack of support for a lot of the tp link devices is concerning.

they need to stop releasing so many products and hardware versions and release maybe 1-2 routers a year to make it easier to troubleshoot and support them.

Ah, but what do I know? Lol

  @BigBode what's even more maddening is when they only stop supporting one of the random versions of a product they sell which I conveniently have. Hardware v1.0 and 1.6 of the x55 work great and are literally a year and 4 firmware releases ahead of the x55 hardware v1.26 I have. So I just don't have many of the features I would have otherwise. Like, admit you built a problematic version of the x55 and let me send mine in for a working and supported version!! The worst.

  @T6457 Exactly how I feel.  My Deco X55 (1.26 version)  system was so unstable I banished the units to the top of my closet and purchased an additional Asus router to create Aimesh system with an older router I had.  Asus system is rock solid and never reboots on its own.  My X55 units would reboot when I used the app to check network status, which got very old.  Never could get any help from TP-Link support.  I've been waiting for almost a year for a firmware update to see if these units are more stable now.  Never buying anything from them again.
