I am having an unusual scratching sound on the audio of my new Tapo C120 camera. It does not sound to me like typical audio static. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps outlined here and in this thread: https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/816698

None of these steps affect the sound. The sound is present at all volume settings and will only resolve if the microphone is muted. It has been present since initial power up when I received it, and it is unchanged regardless of camera placement (inside or outside). It is present on both live view and recordings.
I am posting here prior to emailing support.
