Archer AX11000 Firmware failed to update!
Every time I log into the Tether app to my router it notifies me of a firmware update. On the mobile phone when I click on the update and it lets me know it's going to reboot the system. It then takes me to the screen that says 0% and then it simply states firmware failed to update OK. So I log onto my laptop go to the upgrade and it continuously says unable to connect to the cloud server. Please try again later well I've been doing this for over a month and it still says the exact same thing. Online it shows version 1.0 the sticker on the actual router is version 1.6. The firmware version that I have right now is. 1.3.0 Build 20220221 rel.5007(5553) It is trying to update to 1.3.1 build 20220721 rel.61848
I have full control of the router I can log in and out of it on the cloud. My TP Link ID even shows my email address I've gone into the DNS and changed it to 8.8.8.8. and 1.1.1.1 nothing it still says the same exact thing. I also did the time thing and it still does not work? What on earth do I do to update my firmware?

support finally got back to me and stated that everything is completely fine. That they are aware of the issue and that I need to leave the current firmware on my router that senior engineers are trying to fix the issue. I have no problems connecting to the cloud, the entire system works perfectly fine. It's just something on their end that they need to fix so I was told to just wait until they resolve the issue.

If you cannot connect to the cloud service you can update your firmware manually via the Web Interface.
The instructions on how to do so can be found here: How to Upgrade the Firmware on the TP-Link Wi-Fi Routers

@Kevin_Z Yeah I can see that it is the stable release from May that you just now linked.. The early release beta is far from stable.
