Crach after update camera
Good morning, I find it unprofessional for this company to refuse the exchange of the product when it is their fault that the product was damaged.
When updating the camera firmware, the reset is inactive and remains blocked. So it is impossible to reconfigure the camera. So she is dead (break). It is not the customer's fault if the program installed in the camera is defective and to say, no warranty "on our errors" as if it were our fault. A question that my customers will ask themselves, is TP-Link a serious company. Good day jnl

Hi,
Usually, if there is no power outage to the camera when updating the firmware, the camera will update the firmware successfully.

Good morning
I was nearby and there was no power problem, just your program which had a bug. I am not responsible for your software failing to believe you did it on purpose.
Very poor branding that you showed.
What am I going to tell my customers, Cisco better or certain product from Aliexpress??
