You will need to provide more information about your hardware. 

The 120v is only a specification for received power; the actual spec you need is the Max Load: 

Max Load: 15 A General Use, 600 W Incandescent, 120 W Ceiling Fan, 1/6 HP Motor ·

This can be exceeded with LED lights, especially if they are high-power or in series with each other. 

As this is also a Dimmer Switch, it can potentially be incompatible with the Dimming Type used by your track lighting. You will need to find out if your track lighting supports Leading Edge Dimming / TRIAC Phase Cut as a Dimming Type— as this is the dimming type used by all of our smart switches.
