Hi, it would be better to start a new thread here with more details/observations on the current issue:
https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/edit/topic?moduleId=39
I can't tell what the problem might be from the attached picture.
I think it would be a temporary state when the IPV4 address is changed and needs to sync with the DDNS server.
Best regards.

A friend just purchased a 2-pack of Deco X20 hardware version 3.20 from PBTech here in New Zealand based on my recommendation.
I was first surprised that the retailer shipped v3.2 hardware as when I checked with them before hand they told me they carried v4 hardware in stock. Thankfully it automatically picked up the v3 latest build which is reasonably up to date (1.2.4 Build 20241227 Rel 63367).
My second surprise was when someone in these forums provided a link to the TP-Link end of support page...
https://www.tp-link.com/sg/support/faq/3182/
... on which I see the Deco X20 went end of support on the 1st of May 2025 but also listed as a later date of the 28th of Feb 2028.
I assume these dates are for the different hardware versions. How do we know which versions fall under which end of support dates?
Maybe updating that page with further details for clarity would be helpful. As mentioned above, its difficult enough getting accurate details out of the retailers on which hardware version you've got, let alone uncertainty about what the expected product support life is.
I personally have X50s and M4s which have multiple entries, so would love clarity on when my specific hardware versions are end of support.

Thank you very much for all your attention.
I saw you were discussing the following FAQ: Duration of Security Support. If you checked the local official websites, you might find that it is specific to the SG site and hasn't been uploaded elsewhere. That the SG web support decides to upload such an FAQ must be out of the local service consideration. The warranty services vary across regions, so the security support duration varies.
The firmware release timeline is a frequently asked topic in the forum, but unfortunately, there is hardly any information that can be shared in advance. With the support of the community users, we were able to convince the engineers to allow beta testing, however, they still prefer not to share any uncertain news until the new firmware is close to standard release.
Best regards.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
I haven't heard any news about the firmware release for the Deco BE75.
If you don't mind, it would be highly appreciated if you could add more details about the current issue so that I can consult the engineer to see if there is any workaround.
It is recommended to start a new thread here with the following details:
What is the current firmware version of your Deco BE75?
How many 2.4GHz smart home devices(like Sonos speakers, Ring devices) do you have?
Can I have some screenshots of the current Deco network map, such as:
Thanks a lot and best regards.

@David-TP Hi, how are you, I am Sayem Ahmed, a young Deco X50.130 user from Bangladesh, I am reporting something that you should bring an update that will help our users in our country to use it in a very pleasant way, as our country is very densely populated which creates a lot of obstacles or annoys us in using the internet due to the channel issue alone, so I want to give you a suggestion that is to bring an update to Deco X50v1.30 which will facilitate us in channel selection or we can do manual channel selection. I hope you will think about the above-written issues and work through the review which is another scenario of providing you with better quality services, I hope to update as soon as possible, other than TP Link, many other new companies have already provided manual channel selection in their Deco Series routers like Cudy, Asus, which has become a shameful scenario for you.
