Hi, Deco X73-DSL doesn't allow customizing the IPV4 DNS servers in DSL modem router mode, which is an expected behavior. Currently, there hasn't been any news on whether or when this feature will be updated.
If you need further assistance, it is recommended to contact the local technical support:https://www.tp-link.com/tr/support/
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Hi, the current official Deco App for Android OS is 3.10.77 in the Google Play Store.
If you‘ve been recruited into the Google Beta program, you might be able to see the beta App versions.
Thank you very much.

Hi,
I have a question about eco mode.
My main unit is an x50. I have 3 x60's, an x50-5g with internet backup enabled and an x50-outdoor.
From reading the forum i see the outdoor doesn't support eco mode (yet?). But is that the only reason I can't use it or is there something else incompatible (internet backup maybe?)
If it's only the outdoor unit, would unplugging it let me use eco mode or would it have to be removed completely (don't need it the whole year).
Is there an alternative outdoor unit that i could replace it with that would let me use eco mode?

I don't think you will have any luck here. Users of the X50-Outdoor (and I include myself in that) asked for Eco Mode to be enabled in the X50-Outdoor for many months if not years now, the answer is usually that it's not a much used option and therefore not high (if anywhere) on the list of options to enable. This made me laugh as if it's not enabled, how do they know we wouldn't use it if it were available?!
I can't tell you the reason why. I asked this question, and was promised feedback "soon" by an Admin, but it never came, that was several months ago, I guess they hoped I'd forgotten.
There is another outdoor Deco (from the "B" range), but it too is not enabled for Eco Mode (apparently according to another customer reporting that on here).
In the end, I bought a EAP110-Outdoor. I attached it to my garage in place of my X50-Outdoor and utilise a Powerline Adapter Kit to get the signal to my remaining Deco setup. What doing this proved was how poor the X50-Outdoor is in several areas:
1 - Range. The range of the EAP110-Outdoor is vastly superior. The same wifi CCTV camera recorded an RSSI of 68 using the X50-Outdoor (using the strongest antenna option) and an RSSI of 53 using the EAP110-Outdoor.
2 - Throughput - Despite using the X50-Outdoor with the same Powerline Adapter Kit, the quality of the footage from my Ring cameras has improved considerably, and they connect faster too (as reported by the Ring app).
What it also does is protect my home network as I employed a new SSID for the permanent outdoor devices like cameras and keeps the main network to within the confines of the house. Of course mobile devices will still connect reasonably seamlessly if the "Auto Join" is enable for both networks.
Despite the EAP110-Outdoor being cheaper, it is vastly superior. It is also possible to set it up as a repeater with the latest Firmware, so the use of a Powerline Adapter may not be necessary, though I did play with this as an option, I didn't try it as I had the Powerline Adapters in situ anyway. I did also prefer the option of a different SSID to make my home network more secure, but that was a personal thing, not a limit of the device. There are more expensive EAP outdoor devices, but these employ 5GHz which I had disabled on the X50-Outdoor anyway, plus it might be the reason for the additional speed, I have no idea. But I had no reason to spend more unnecessarily.
As such, I can now invoke Eco-Mode on my remaining Deco 3 x X55 and 1 x X60.
